Cauliflower Salad

½ Cauliflower Head
1 Cup Cut Tomatoes
¼ Cup Hazelnuts
2 Tbsp Tehina
1 tsp Pepper
¼ Glass Lemon Juice
Optional: add some herbs, such as parsley, coriander, and mint

  • Cut the cauliflower into smaller piece

  • Roast the hazelnuts in a pan

  • Mix all the ingredients
