Apricot Bars

½ Cup Dried Apricots
¼ Cup Raising
5 Medjool Dates
½ Cup Almonds
¼ Cup Cashews
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Flax Seeds

  • place the almonds and cashews in a mixer and grind them shortly so that they are cut into small pieces (not flour). Place them in a pan and roast them in coconut oil for about 5 minutes stirring them frequently (until they are golden brown)
  • place the apricots and raisins in a mixer and grind them well
  • cut the medjool dates into small pieces
  • mix all ingredients & form bars with the mixture and place them in the freezer
  • you can store them in the freezer for as long as you want
