Most Delicious Brownies


1 ½ Cups Kidney Beans
¾ Cup Oats
8 Medjool Dates
3 Tblsp Cocoa Powder
2 Tblsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Baking Powder

– mash the cooked beans
– grind the oats
– cut the medjool dates into small pieces
– mix all ingredients and place the dough into a baking tray
– bake the brownie for 25 minutes, 160 degrees

This brownie is an energy and mood booster.  Both kidney beans and cacao are rich in iron, which is important for our energy levels. Besides that cacao is a natural mood elevator and anti- depressants and kidney beans are also a great source for fiber. Fiber keeps our digestive tract healthy, a healthy digestive tract keeps our entire system healthy and has also been linked to mental well-being.
